Amethyst Mine Panorama is not an accessible attraction.

• Support persons are provided with free admission.
• Service animals are welcome at Amethyst Mine Panorama.
• The toilets are ‘outhouses’ which are not accessible.
• We do not have signage or audio equipment for persons with limited vision or hearing.

People with limited mobility are able to enjoy parts, but not all of the mine experience.  The parking lot and entry pathways are level, but covered with a gravel surface. The Welcome Centre is spacious, has a concrete floor, does not contain stairs and has 36” wide entry and exit doors.  Gravel paths lead from the Welcome Centre past the self-guided tour signs.  The observation deck on the Million Dollar truck is not accessible

The digging area is a rough and rocky and is not accessible to people with limited mobility even with assistance.
